Verify Shaadi is a background verification service designed to help individuals make informed decisions before marriage. We are fully committed to the safety and protection of children and unequivocally oppose any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

Our Zero-Tolerance Policy

Verify Shaadi has a strict zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Grooming, solicitation, or exploitation of minors
• Any content, communication, or behaviour that sexualises individuals under the age of 18
• Using the platform to facilitate harm to minors in any way

How We Enforce This Policy

• Our platform does not permit the creation, storage, sharing, or distribution of any CSAE content.
• Any user found to be engaged in activity that violates this policy will be immediately and permanently banned.
• We report any identified CSAE content or activity to the relevant law enforcement authorities and NCMEC as required.
• We co-operate fully with law enforcement agencies investigating child safety violations.

User Responsibilities

All users of Verify Shaadi are required to comply with applicable laws regarding child safety. Users must not use the App to engage with, contact, or exploit minors in any harmful manner. Any misuse will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to authorities.
